I live, and drive in South Wales. I noticed on one of the long shots, and some of the car shots, that you cut corners. Don't do that. We don't like it when you cut corners. Stay on your side of the road, don't come across to mine.

In the clips you are mentioning, it is actually a local who is driving and who drives those hills regularly. Many drivers like to go up there since the Top Gear trio used that road to film. I guess it's pretty popular as there were probably ten different locals practicing their skills on that bit of windy pavement. All of them were definitely cutting corners and racing up and down the roadway. Not exactly safe, but they were all looking out for each other. I was lucky enough to plant my camera on one of the cars to see what it was like as they raced up and down the hillside. It was a pretty fascinating film study.

Agreed, was nearly killed a few days ago in Mid-Wales when a prick cut a corner near Llanidloes and came right over on my side and I had to take evasive action. They even had the audacity to beep as if it was my fault.
