Probably the most realistic experience living with an EV in Malaysia right now. I left this review satisfied. And yes, part 2 please!

Yeah, I do think the same as you think about Auto Bavaria in Penang. They mightn’t like the Hyundai brand either. The management wouldn’t give you to charge there.

i would buy this. yeah part 2 please

Good review, would be good if you could share your cost for travelling. Example Kona Vs any petrol car - start to return travel cost - petrol vs charger cost.

That's the thing about electricity, there are so many providers, and each have their own costs/methods of payment. In our case, we had a ChargEV card provided by Hyundai. That card is subscription based not PAYU. --Rory

Charging for 2 hours at Tian Siang right now would cost you RM288. But I guess this journey was made when it was free few months back

I'm still waiting for part 2 after a month. Need to know how much further can you push to the range limit. Also if you can, please indicate your average traveling speed on highway and B-road, and energy consumption for both

Plus expressway rnr bukit gantang heading to kl have 1 DC charger. Carltex petrol station if I not wrong.

Please show us your return trip to KL. Out of interest, when you were driving on winding road in Penang, were you on maximum regen?
@soyacincautv2 жыл бұрын
It was on Level 2. That felt the most natural for me. Level 3 was way too aggressive imo. Makes it hard to know how hard the car will slow down especially with numb brake pedal --Rory

@@soyacincautv Nice video! I had a 2019 Kona EV, I always left it on Regen 3 so it's more like single pedal driving, seemed to work well on winding roads. Very pleased with the car, except there was a battery recall. Sold it now. Just bought the latest Kona EV, partly it was available, will need to test it's road holding etc.
