Wow never in history of man has anyone ever said an e46 m3 is not a car they don’t wanna jump into and drive 🤷🏻♂️Chris Harris always raved how he loved jumping in his and Jason plato. I have a 815 bhp Modern c8 v8 Audi and an m3 which I look forward to jumping in this more than anything. Had f80 m car and f90 before it. But love love getting into the e46. Hence they have history of being drivers car.

Your car is like new. Did you buy it like that or restored it? I think that they are very overrated. At todays prices, your car or similar would come out to $US 25,000 - $30,000. In my opinion, certainly not worth the hype. I know, I had one just recently, albeit in much worse shape.

From what the owner said it was bought in ok condition and then resprayed and improved. He owns his own garage so I’m sure lots of improvement work has been made. I certainly agree that covid inflated prices of most second had cars beyond their actual worth. Definitely starting to see a market correction now though! Thanks for watching 👍🏻

Thx for reply. It looks like market correction is not touching these M3s. I was offered US$10K for my 6-sp manualconvertible in ok condition with rear quater body damage, and examples in excellent condition with low miles are offered at $70K - $80K. But it looks like prices in the States are much higher. SMG are typically 25% lower. A full red-spray + body repair - $6K. Crazy. Happy New Year.

@@marknoir I cant say I know the US market too well. Over here it’s definitely taken a knock. Seems to be returning to pre-covid standards
