These are all students or ex-students, look at their age, etc. Some came as teachers, some as students and after changed their visas for working visa, etc. If you try to apply from abroad, you may as well forget it. Most of companies have no right to hire a foreigner, and even if they do, it is a pain in the ass for them. Unless you have a 100+ years of experience, a master from Harvard and Oxford, you have no chance. Only big companies can afford to sponsor you a visa, so, this is only applicable for something like CEO position. The small companies would maybe want to hire you, but have no budget nor knowledge of sponsoring the visa for you.

Really nice videos, what seems unfortunate with Korea is that they pay such low aswell that its hard to adapt to the culture, its seems kinda of a waste to work there, as somone said , they give software engineers 1/4 , mby like half of regular salary which is pretty low. Korea seems like a perfectionist country with slight ego, and its not be disrespectfull, they atleast better than Norway in many parts, yet Norway has big ego with little achievements of technology. Korea is great in many things like Kpop and Kdrama which i really like alot, but its unfortunate that the workers having to work very hard for little reward, i would not be suprised if Korean went to another country, and learned another language.

@nikolaizaicev92978 ай бұрын
@@revivedsoul1099 That is why they don't get any high quality workers come to them. Look at most of the interviews about foreigner workers in Korea, these are ether teachers, ex-students or some students, who spend few years there to get the working experience in order to improve their resume, and after that, they will bail off. It is same BS as in Japan, Taiwan or any other asian country, they want to export more products, but think that foreigners are too expensive, so instead they replace them with their local people thinking that education is the only important factor but forget about soft skills, cultural knowledge,etc. If you see where most of them have landed, these are the fields of service or communication. Because they think that they ether can improve their image by hiring some low cost foreigner or that they will be better at communication trough social media, etc. The key word here again = low cost. So yeah, I see your point, I totally agree, for a serious worker they are not worth of going to work there.

You act like they were not satisfied with their position. Most of them described themselves as really lucky. Also, just because they are expats doesn't mean they can't point out the unfair treatment. That's just basic human decency and common sense.
