I don't understand why Rashee Rice isn't on the Commissioner's Exempt List. Imagine you were one of his victims - suffering from brain trauma facial, lacerations that required stitches, multiple bodily contusions, disfigurement, internal bleeding, and other internal and external injuries - and there is the guy who did it to you then fled the scene playing in the NFL every Sunday. This is what gives the NFL a bad reputation.
