We will do a video about this in the near future. Although in terms of illumination the old version is pretty much the same as the new one - only the new has the led bars integrated in the arms, and also have dimmable cool white and neutral white alongside the warm white. On the website product page there is a picture with the old version in a night shot for reference.

Well done! One comment, I wish awning designers would address on 270 awnings is that rear drivers side arm crosses into the path of hatch style rear door. Seems like the 4Runners rear hatch would hit like many out there on the market. Otherwise looks like a solid product! 👍🏻

Yeah, we know what you mean, only it’s a bit hard to design it that way because you automatically loose surface area in the back - which for a lot of people is really important. But what many clients of us do is just add a bit of sponge (or some other soft material) on the bottom of the arm that is crossing the rear hatch, and then just allow the hatch to rest on the arm any time you have both open.

Guy, what happen with the price, just yesterday i was looking to buy it, but was not able to setup my account, and price was 950, today price 1100eu. And still not shipping price because i dont have account, its a bit silly, dont you think?

The old price was 990 EUR, we just raised prices today (after 2 years) to 1100 EUR - due to much higher production costs / inflation that we are facing, and had been facing for several months now. It is really not our fault that Gmail sent our confirmation email to spam for some reason - it usually doesn't do this. But it’s up to you to check your spam, if you cannot find a particular email in inbox. Also, as soon as you wrote to our customer support today they replied to you reminding to check your spam and thus the login issue was resolved.
