You know I moved down here from Flemington NJ roughly 2 years ago and still am finding new things to do all the time it’s so nice down here I will never be back to Jersey. The people in Myrtle Beach are so nice and laid back compared to up north

Enjoyed the video. Hadn't been to that mall in years. So nice it it is doing great. Here in my hometown of Charleston WV, our downtown mall is on its last leg. Charleston Town Center Mall was once the largest inter city mall in the country. The J. C. Penny store is about all we have left now. I miss all the stores they used to have. Long gone are Sears and Macy's. The Macy's store kept Dillard's and Belk's from coming to the mall back in the day. Now the Macy's store building is coming down. It will be replaced by a huge fitness location with a large swimming pool and running track. Keep the great videos coming Carmen and Brian. Always enjoy them. 👍👍😊😊👌👌

I've been to A LOT of malls and I stopped by here on my vacation back in Jan, and I thought this was such a unique mall. I loved Conrads.. I got some stuff from there and it was all great!

This is the vedio from you Carmen! I’ve been waiting for! Where coming to Myrtle beach August 31 st! Through the 7th! Where staying in north Myrtle ! We’re we plan on going this grand mall while where there! Our mall is pathetic! There’s barely any stores! That’s why we travel 3 HR’s to our country getaway. Lancaster! They have a big mall! They also have my favorite coffee! Starbucks! My daughter and I and my wife will be very happy that there’s a Starbucks and a movie theater! If we have a rainy day! I keep on talking my wife into moving to Myrtle beach! When she’s ready to retire! I’m ready now! We live in Pennsylvania! So we get crappy cold’ snow here!. I’m trying to to tell her to relocate for her nursing job! Thank you Carmen for showing us there grand mall! We can’t wait to Myrtle beach! We enjoy watching your. Vedio’s! There very helpful! J C Penny is great . I was there last week and looking for Cracker Barrel instead we went to Texas Grill. I also went to Ultra. I found Tangiers from 501 was better than Grand Costal . I am Toronto 🇨🇦

Yes, and this mall location is a good place to go for Chick-fil-A because the one a little north of here is always packed with cars in the drive-thru. And there is little parking that feels safe.

We've spent quite a bit of time at the Costal Grand mall on those rainey days. Of course I'm always the dutiful husband, and allow my bride to take the lead. 😀 I will say it's one of the nicest malls we have visited. Always clean, and bright. We're very close to the Concord Mills Mall in North Carolina, and it's nowhere near as nice.

That answer would very depending on which resort you're staying in. From the Myrtle Beach skywheel on the boardwalk it is 2.9 miles.

What is your opinion of the Myrtle Beach Police traffic plan? Seems like kind of a nightmare for local businesses.

It's the same plan they've done for the last few years. It's definitely not convenient, but it seems to be necessary so they can get emergency vehicles where they need to go.

China Exprience is really good, much better than the earlier attempts at a Chinese restaurant. Adobe Flats is hit or miss. I like them when they first opened but the quality of the meat fillings has declined little.

I would end up at that mall so often if I lived down there, just because of the HWY 55 being in the food court. I've been to two of their locations on road trips, and for chain places, they have the best burgers, in my opinion. Better than Johnny Rockets, definitely. Slightly better than In-N-Out from out West. And better than Whataburger. Again, my opinion, and I'm sure other people will disagree.
