Dear Mark, off the top of your head, do you know if these are implemented also within Catia in the 3DEXPERIENCE R2024x?

Generally yes, these tools can be found in 3DEXPEREINCE as well. Though it can be problematic to give a blanket statement that covers both CAD program versions. I did look up the features talked about in this video though, and they both exist in 3DEXPERIENCE R2024x. Hope that helps!
