I know it's been a long time since you made this video, but it seems you haven't noticed the three icons at the bottom of e.g. Properties, where you can set how it should display them in relation to alphabetically

how about white mode? is it usable again, or is everything still all washed out/all text grey instead of black?

my understanding is that you can have white mode or light mode in the exact same way we have always had it previous versions. The nice things for having multiple canvas color options is that we can toggle between them. Could be white/black or grey/black, whatever you want.

… not the exact same way… everything got washed out and black text isn’t black anymore, but some kind of grey now…
