Palm Beach Dyno and Lund are the way to go for tuning. They have off the shelf tunes for just headers, headers/CAI, headers/CAI/Intake manifold/e85, ghost cam, literally every combination lol. As far as I know, you can only get the NGauge tuner with Lund tunes, which is fine because Lund is known to have the best go to tunes anyways. Plus, you can monitor oil temps, pressures, etc in real time. SCT, Bama, VMP, and HP Tuners are the other 4 big and very reputable tuning devices for any generation Mustang. Any big aftermarket site for American cars (American muscle, lethal performance, VMP, CJ Pony Parts) will sell packages that include the tuning device, and up to 2 different tunes, usually for pump gas and e85 for like $800. I have a 2016 and have been running kooks catless, corsa extreme catback, 18+ ported manifold, JLT cai, and e85 making 450 whp for 3 years without a single issue. If you go e85, you NEED to upgrade to 47lb injectors. The stocks injectors will get stuck open and will hydrolock your motor.

gen 3 doesn’t need injectors to run e85, only need injectors after changing manifold on gen 2. with a gen 3, catless headers, intake and e85 Chris will be near the 500whp mark.

I went with Mustang Lifestyle for tuning with no issue. He sends the hp tuners rtd tuning device. With headers, intake tuned on e85 I dynoed over 500whp. Have ghost cam tune option I switch between! Made several videos if you want to check it out.

For tuning I’d say Lund Racing is one of the best. I definitely recommend them. Those guys have been tuning these cars for years. They’re very familiar with the coyote platform. Good customer service and very knowledgeable.

i have kind but people with ghost cams typically have ortiz. lund has a ghost cam but they suggest that there are no revisions on it, it’s not perfect so drivability will be spotty. don’t get an rtd+ device, go LRX from lund. it’s like a new version of the nguage. also go valvetronic exhaust, they’re the best on the market now

Lund tune is one of the best out there right now in my opinion,and for exhaust do H pipe and mach 1 rear mufflers i had that set up and it was pretty good

for mustang’s some tuners won’t take off the check engine light. only way to get it off is to run some O2 spacers and i got my set at autozone and they got rid of it on the dot! i recommend Lund Racing as your tuner

Check out valved exhaust instead of valvetronic I believe they’re cheaper. Pretty sure derek baran has vids of the valved exhaust on his old black s550. Also for tuning I recommend AED(Advanced Engine Development ) he’s in the Sacramento area & is well known. He does custom email tunes as well. Are you planning to do a short shifter or suspension mods for better traction?

A tune will not get rid of the check engine light if you go with any “big tuner”. You will need o2 defoulers for the check engine. I would go with tricky if you plan to stay n/an and if you ever decide to go boost Lund racing. Go with a rtd tuning device

Look into Wengerd tuning…it will be tough to get rid of the CEL. Most tuners won’t touch this anymore…as far as exhaust, look into AWE. They make one of the best sounding exhausts on the market. Please for the love of god, No Corsa Extreme!!

Try and get rob shoemaker from shoemaker performance to tune the car. He’s one of if not the best tuners for mustangs and uses the stock ecu. The only downfall he probably won’t do a ghost cam tune. He started the ghost cam craze and is kinda tired of it. If he doesn’t work out then go Lund. Those are the only 2 that are really worth it in the mustang world
