Love what you do, those cars must be concourse ?, was into Mini's years ago, highlight was a 71 Mk3 850 with a good, used 1380 Swiftune motor, paid £600 for the full Swiftune engine and box which was ridiculous money back in 2004 (be worth a few grand now), had genuine 10" Minilights, S discs, stock interior with original steering wheel, so looked fairly mild but went like a stabbed rat, kind of wish i'd stuck with Mini's instead of getting into other stuff. Surprised to hear about Adrian Flux, i'm with them for my bikes (new rider) and they've been great, have three big bikes on a multi bike policy, when i had classic cars i was with Footman James for years, multi car policy was no problem.

I have two vehicles insured with lancaster, my 68 mk2 mini, and a 96 defender 90..... unfortunately, multiple vehicle policy wasn't an option thanks to the mods on both vehicles......

I think I'll be binning off Adrian Flux when my renewal comes up, so will definitely give Lancaster a call... Flux weren't badly priced for my minis, but I got rear ended in my '91 Mini Neon last week and they outsourced my claim to a dodgy credit hire firm a.k.a an "accident management company" to provide me with a hire car, and "help" with the non-fault claim. After getting me into the hire car and beginning to rack up their daily charges, they became completely useless and unhelpful, so I had to threaten to get the financial ombudsman involved in order to cancel their services and get the hire car picked up. Throughout all of this Adrian Flux really weren't any help and weren't able to do anything for me to help with the claim, aside from refer me to this dodgy company... So once that faff was finally sorted I just went directly to the other driver's insurance company and just two working days later, my car has been picked up on a transporter, and is getting fixed over the next few weeks.

Hi Alex . You're obviously very busy working so we must just wait ! If you don't work then the Mini's won't fund themselves ! So , what is your line of work ? It must be pretty important as l don't think you've had time off ? And we always called the fold back roofs , sunshine roofs or by their trade names . What's the plan with the wheels on the mk3? John I work as a sales rep covering the South east of the country. Work has been really busy this year that combined with my own projects has took up pretty much all my time recently. Like you say no work no play time 🤣

Why on earth would you want to change the wheels on the orange S, they've got the proper wheels on. What ever you do don't put those horrible rose petal wheels on it. Otherwise all's looking good. By the way your insurance compared to mine is very expensive, maybe your age is against you, or perhaps they're all insured for any driver meaning that all three cars could be on the road at the same time.
