As i know there is no ipad 9th 2021-2022 The 2022 is the ipad 10 that got released past week and it's not a budget ipad anymore ’coz it’s 450$ That’s why IPad 9 is still there( as a budget IPad)

It has a bit more storage and faster I think. Honestly, it’s not that big of a difference. Just looks different. It’s best to not spend more money on it

yess, 64gb is enough for me as i only use the ipad solely for note-taking during lecture class, netflix and few games ☺️
