I agree with Paradox, the ability to have complete control over your brain is the best ability by far. Imagine being able to store long term memories manually and being able to forget things manually as well. Imagine exercising and asking your brain for adrenaline or turning off pain in order to do something. It could be the most useful thing by far.

In paper? Perhaps. The adrenaline thing would be a nightmare, as people would only just abuse it each time they felt they needed it (meaning most of them would just drop like flies, especially people who play sports competitively). Speaking of hormone control, if we had control over the hormones we released, we would just end up killing ourselves (why seek a partner, get a job, etc if we can just stay in bed and make ourselves feel good on command? We'd be like drug addicts as the one who's Trucy said). Also the brain is completely getting bombarded with a lot of information that our consciousness can't process as a mechanism to protect us. If we suddenly had access to it, we'd get easily overwhelmed by it; why risk fucking things up beyond repair for a minor gain?

Complete control over what proteins your body makes. You can literally destroy any pathogen in your body by creating the perfect antibody against it, or by stimulating your immune system to do that for you. Controlling proteins leads to being able to control hormones, and you could probably completely build yourself a new body just by creating different cells and such. I mean, a cell is told what to do by proteins, and DNA is just instructions, so you can just remove your DNA altogether if you wanted to.

If they were possible to be done some I'd consider are removing the need to breath entirely (how I mean is you no longer need oxygen to live (including every part of your body) which means you can be under water or in space theoretically forever in proper equipment as long as you don't get killed or die or something) immunity to high amounts of gravity (this could help exploration of the oceans and later on exploration of gas giants as well as save people from black holes in the future) and lastly remove the possibilities to get any type of cancer and or autoimmune diseases (if this one actually happened I'd want it to apply to animals insects and humans alike because insects like bees are important for ecosystems lots of animals are endangered and lots of animals are pets and anything involving cancer and or autoimmune diseases tend to be rather expensive to treat so it just makes things sad for those that can't save there pet from cancer or an autoimmune disease as for the endangered animals this will help give them a fighting chance to repopulate and why also humanity is because nobody should have to deal with cancer or autoimmune diseases)

i want to defend laggy on this one, if you go with the literal sense of invulnerability, you become imortal, if you hit your head against a wall, the wall will be hurt but you will be unscathed no matter what, if you were to get shot, the bullet would just either bounce or fall, but either way, the point i'm making is that you are immune to everything, you could jump off a plane and nothing would happen, if someone were to hit you, you would just stand there menacingly because you can't take damage, and if you somehow get caught by police or whatever, you'll just brute force your way out since it wouldn't hurt no matter how hard it is to escape, so in the end, you are imortal to any physical damage, the only counter arguments would be mental health and hunger/thirst
