Caroline's content has helped me so much in my OCD journey. After living with it for at least 20 years, my "weeping on the couch" moment was strikingly similar to what she described here. I resisted therapy for a few years after that, and finally got my diagnosis this year. Stumbled onto her Instagram videos shortly afterward; couldn't have been at a better time for me. This is a fantastic, candid interview; thank you so much.

i am really happy that i’m watching this video, right now i just feel done, you know when you just want to be a normal person thinking? and just wanna let go of the thought? i feel relief i’m not the only, i just have compulsion so much that i feel even stuck in my thoughts sometimes but as i don’t do therapy i’ll try my best to not care anymore (even knowing it hurts) and these videos are helpful 🤍

We are so glad to hear that you found this episode helpful. Always remember that you are not alone. We can do hard things, no matter how much OCD tries to convince us otherwise. ❤
