I think Stephen A Smith should really reserve judgment until Trump is completely done and then he can say whatever he wants after that. Gerald - All of us should demand the most qualified and capable people filling positions - doctors, dentists, business owners, assembly line workers, teachers, university professors, etc. All of us should be getting behind young people to excel in educational and vocational endeavors. Those demonstrating the greatest commitment and achievement should gain access to the greatest opportunities. America must resurrect the ethos of honesty, hard work and competition as the foundations of excellence. Race is a proper criteria for selecting candidates ONLY if we first recognize there is but one race - the human race. This is almost comical listening to Smith talking about Conservatives like he really would sit dow with a grouo of Black Conservatives and have a discussion with them on how they really feel. What party talks nonstop about ones skin color like an obsession, it isn't the Conservatives. Martin Luther King Jr said it best, "don't judge a man by his skin color but his character". The Conservative party needs people on the cabinet that has the people's interests in mind. Those that will strive on the behalf of the citizens to make America not only Great but Healthy Again. President Trump still has a long way to go in naming and placing qualified people in charge of areas. Good morning. I’m a FBA Independent voter. We are not beholden to either party. I am very proud of who I am. Because of the generation that I was raised in Donald Trump did not do anything different that what he did. He was raised in the Jim Crow Era. He operated his businesses during Segregation. He supposedly had some black friends, but his DNA is still Jim Crow. Unlike those who are whining about the racial makeup of his cabinet we are continuing to stand like strong black people. During the election they refused to see the flashing red lights. Kamala Harris was the wrong candidate. They got in behind that lie that she was black. They even believed that believed that black women could put her in without any help from anyone else. They were deceived into believing that by the Democratic Party.And that is why they willingly chose to even vote against their own Christian Values. They willingly supported the ungodly views of the Democrats. They turned their backs on the foundation of freedom, and that an unwavering trust and belief in God. They chose to believe that Kamala Harris and the Democrats were their Savior and not Jesus Christ. Now they have to drink the bitter water of a total defeat. Now they want to return to race baiting as an alternative. But we who chose to follow Jesus Christ were never fooled.

As a black conservative who frequents this show, I have to say I surprisingly agree with Stephen A on this one. Black conservatives very publicly stuck their necks out for Trump and he should very publicly return the favor. There are PLENTY of very well qualified Blacks that are fantastic for the country and for this administration. It would have also been a great unifier of the county for his admin to reflect those who voted for him demographically (white men, black men, Latinos etc.) and say to the world, he’s not really who the media portrays him to be. This is yet another missed opportunity for DJT.
