This includes instances when he has a turnover (another minus) he never gets back Also he's a net negative in +/- on the season. I don't get it. He is quite possibly the worst starter on defense and worse than some most the bench

JJ reddick is a weak coach. Lakers are relinquishing leads, below avg defensively outside of AD. DLo has no role or identity & thats on the coach. Defensive principles are trash, on the coach. They are an underachieving play in team and if bron and or ad miss time, they are below .500.

Lakers are objectively terrible when D’Lo isn’t in the game. He should be primary playmaker. The Bron fans won’t like it, but D’Lo is just a better playmaker than him at this stage of his career. From what I’m seeing, that’s the main thing helping them go on runs. Get Vando and Wood healthy and get Olivari out the G-League. This team had good pieces.

On Warriors and Wolves, the rosters were different and they had different issues so I’m not going off his role on those teams. I’m talking about maximising the Lakers rn.
