Interestingly, crystalized shield strength scales off elemental mastery! :) although i wouldn’t recommend building your geo characters on EM just for that! XD Shield specific characters are better to invest into imo! Like Noelle, Layla and Diona!

I answer this before watching video. As player who play a pve game casually and don't care meta in pve game (I know it's shocking) best reactions are overload and freeze. Even before chevreuse overload was very good now after chevreuse it's great.

Just at the beginning at vape, but isnt it a bit more nuanced than better to do forward vape than reverse? Yes reverse is 1.5x but i thought it had lower ICD?

I heard the reason reverse vape works better is because when you trigger it, the hydro aura stays on the enemy longer. This means you can trigger vaporize twice rather than once with forward vape. The same applies to melt.

Forward vaporize, melt and bloom are all practically guaranteed to fully consume the "aura" element due to their reaction coefficient, or cost multiplier: 2.0. A 1U (unit) pyro attack will consume 2U of cryo aura to trigger forward melt, while the same attack triggering reverse vaporize will only consume 0.5U of hydro aura.

I watch all of your videos and usually know most of the things but this video was VERY helpful!!! I didn't know much about how to use elemental mastery on my characters, i just built them with that stat. I even asked on the official genshin discord and no one told me this :( I wished ppl would ACTUALLY help new / non meta players instead of just insulting your builds and are no help.

sometimes having more than one/two reactions might be a little tricky since you have to choose the right artifacts and weapons. but right now it seems like the team you wanna do consists of all DPses, which means you won't get to maximixe everyone's playtime (without supoorts). I suggest choosing one DPS and building supports around them!
