Bradbury didn't have the luxury of a week for each sentence when he wrote Fahrenheit 451! He wrote it in the UCLA library on a typewriter he was renting for the princely sum of ten cents an hour!

Great video. The only Bradbury I've read so far is The Martian Chronicles, which I absolutely loved. Definitely need to read more. Fahrenheit 451 will be next.

Ah, a fellow Bradbury lover 🙏🏻🙏🏻 he really is one of a kind (the best). I have to say, The Halloween Tree is higher on my list because of the nostalgia - the feeling I experienced as a youngin’ reading it was eerie yet euphoric - it has been one of the works that helped shape my macabre brain 💀🧠 lol loved the video!

Bradbury was known to churn out a short story every day, which is a crazy thing to think about. :O I have been trying to catch up on Bradbury, but there is so much to pick from! I think my favorite so far has been 'The October Country' which is a short story collection that is probably his closest book to horror. Great video!

October Country was my second purchase of a Bradbury book. I had read S is for Space, R is for Rocket and Golden Apples of the Sun from the library.

Looks like a handful of the shorties from that collection are in "Bradbury Stories." I can't say I've read all of those from "The October Country" though, so I may need to check it out at some point!
