Teleporation is definitely so practical that it makes it one of the best for me. Flight would be so exciting and fun, but has nothing on teleportation. I'm surprised there isn't a power to control aging, as the older I get the more I wish my age and health wasn't a factor. If regeneration can affect aging, it'd probably be my #1 choice. Of course shapeshifting can control aging but that feels like a cheat and also may not effect the inside of body.

Teleportation absolutely works as flight, all you have to do is teleport 90 degrees relative to your previous position and the vertical velocity from an initial fall is translated to a horizontal velocity. Then continually teleport a couple inches up and forward to steer your trajectory.

Shapeshifting could either be people or animals. In the sense of animals you literally gain so many abilities such as flight and strength. But in a theoretical world where everyone has super powers, a shapeshifter could turn into someone and use their powers, having infinite powers.
