Really disappoint how you talked about the blockout list and you didn’t mention your stance Gaza, you guys in my head seem to be the kind that would be against genocide and the blockout list is just a way to make sure that Gaza’s voice is being heard by people we have given power to I just wanted to throw it out there and at the end of the day it does effect their careers even if it is Justin Biber and at it should
@bloomc930Ай бұрын
You know if it was SK children losing body parts it would be a completely different energy. I find it interesting that Wootak has had recent experience with mental health and you would think he would understand blocking content that does not benefit your mental health. sliding through your feed seeing celebrities in 100K attire and the next video is cleansing of an ethnicity is a good reason to block people. It does not reflect bad on anyone for spending their times blocking.
@IsabelLopez-ow2thАй бұрын
I don’t think they knew about this.. he was going off the info Jeremy gave him but it seems like they didn’t know the blockout was solely about Gaza i didn’t know either so hopefully they can now at least see what it was really about and fix what they said

(1:45:35) Shout out to Jeremy and Wootak for their silence response. That was THE real answer to the question. No silver spoon from their parents and did everything from scratch to put food on the table made life discipline to them as natural as blinking an eyes. Life discipline became a lifestyle. Not an option. Total respect to these 1st generation ABK. Esther and Viet are so fortunate to be under their wings. 🎉

I disagree to the acting segment - truthful acting comes from finding truth in imaginary circumstances. People think you have to become the furthest thing from who you are to be a great actor but it’s actually the opposite. The body is kinda like an empty shell I guess but more like an instrument before a performer gets ready for the song to play. All the practice and training just sharpens the skillset. The difference between a saxophone player and an actor is that they have to become good enough to convince the audience to believe the illusion that there is no instrument. LA is the heart of Hollywood and the biggest studios in the world so it would be common to come across ppl with shallow goals. Around the world, a lot of actors can be decent, regular people when they appreciate acting for the art it is. Like every other gift or pursuit, it takes time and dedication to build a career out of it but where people get lost in the acting industry is chasing fame instead of the flow state. Evil exists in every industry but I think Hollywood attracts a lot of predators because the rewards are attractive to narcissistic personalities.

The hole coparenting thing is a serious discussion that's why almost everyone doesn't want a "mother" cause u get attached to that child and then comes to the break up u get the double L and of course is there also that typ that just doesn't want to take responsibility for a kid that's not his. All these marriage/family laws benefits specially the woman so in case of divorce they ain't complaining when it comes to 50:50 😂 The mother gets usually the kid's aka child-support on top. In case she's pregnant and u don't want a baby but she does or even u wanted it but she doesn't it just don't matter, men literally have no voice or nothing to say and that's all major decisions where she gets the W but still they crying about we want more gender equality as long they got a benefit from it

Unsubscribed after your blocklist stance, disappointing.😑 For you to basically say mind your own business, fix yourself, you’re just blocking to feel good about yourself, is wild. How about it’s a way of these people not getting the amount of attraction they’re usually getting whilst promoting companies and organisations that fund genocide. Even though I don’t rely on celebrities and brands as much as some do, it’s still a no-brainer that they could reach so many more people with the truth, if they had a heart to speak up, because of their mass amounts of followers. And here’s me thinking Viet was the only airhead.
@marwahmustafa1748Ай бұрын
the blocklist started to callout celebrities and influencers who haven’t spoken up about Gaza or all the other atrocities in the world. you guys can talk all you want about bettering yourself and not concerning yourself about celebrities etc, but with a platform like yours wouldn’t it make sense to spread awareness about what’s going on the world and educating yourselves about all the shit your country’s doing to create all these problems in places like Gaza, Congo and Sudan??
@zainabahmed2184Ай бұрын
The funny thing, which is making me not like these guys anymore, is that Viet literally went to blm protests but when it comes to arab lives theyre too scared to speak up. Wootak mentions bettering yourself but how good of a person are you if you cant even speak up about a literal g3noc1de. I find it so concerning that they beat around the bush with this 'subject'. Its not hard to understand that the blockout was to call out the celebs who were silent and it worked coz any got shit scared and started posting; youtubers like saffron barker all posted the ai eyes on rafah post so what we were calling them out for worked.

And the whole thing about "i dont know alot about it" or the "im not knowledgavle enough" is such bs coz they clearly have enough time to be making tiktoks, partying and then do podcasts where they speak on topics that jeremy has researched on. Its not hard to literally search on google or look at news from non-western news outlets. Even insta and tiktok, the journalists on the ground are shwoing exactly whats going on. So disappointed.

this was the WORST take on the block list. the WORST take. I’m super shocked at Wootak’s opinion, but tbh lately a lot of his opinions have had me like “❓”. majority of the people just want these celebrities/influencers to use their platforms because it actually makes a difference because it WORKS. celebs like Jenna Ortega posted a link for the Gaza Children’s fund and hours later, it had literal millions in it. but, I digress.
