Yes! Thank you for the review. If I were buying a C class wing now it would be the cure 2

I wonder how the AirDesign Volt 3 compares to the BGD Cure 2. Can we also expect a Flybubble review of the AD Volt 3?

nobody knows Airdesign in UK unfortunately

Hi Greg, excellent review as always, bodes well for 2020! Are there manufacturers who typically make talkative gliders and others who keep them on the mute side? If so, who are they in each category? Cheers. Mat
@greghamerton44224 жыл бұрын
every wing is different, so manufacturers can change the style of wing depending on what their design brief is. In general, Nova & Ozone tend to be low feedback, Phi and Skywalk high feedback, Niviuk and Advance somewhere in the middle ... but this is not true for some of the wings in their range, and some sizes can be different too. Hard to say.

Lucky you... no flycation for me. Whaaa!! Looks really sweet. Funny edit, love the pool sequence. Hey by any chance was this shot on a Hero 8 using default GoPro color?
@greghamerton44224 жыл бұрын
I always use Gopro default colour, I don't have the time to mess around with colour grading (or you'd only get one video a month on this channel ;-). That was the Hero7.
@greghamerton44224 жыл бұрын
oh, i remember now, I did a little colour tweaking in Premiere on the underwater footage.
@NelsonsWings4 жыл бұрын
@@greghamerton4422 Thanks. Like you, I dont have time to shoot in raw and then grade. On my Hero 5 the GoPro color is very tolerable, but I'm worried when my Hero 8 arrives the GP color will be so saturated with crushed blacks and blown highlights I wont be able to stand it. I'm hoping that we can convince HP to do a firmware upgrade that gives us a middle option between the two.

Just gatting my licenza... And dreaming a lot hahaha I'v a question... How is it to fly in The Namibian desert? Just dreaming of a parapending-jeep tour hahaah😬😂😂💪
@greghamerton44224 жыл бұрын
pretty wild, and it can be hard to follow the (only) roads. get a few years of learning on mellow sites and XCs first. But the Namibian dunes along the coast can be fun at any level.

where are you on weight range on the glider?
@greghamerton44224 жыл бұрын
in this video, 90 on a 75-95 wing. Carlo at 93, and I flew it at 87 for comparison. Feeling doesn't change much, just slightly 'stronger' feel over 90, softer/mellower below 90.
