I like how things always are portrayed as "cheap" compared to Apple products, but lets not forget Apple charges 900,- for a simple standard. I'm an Apple user myself, not a hater, but the brand is one of the most overpriced and expensive on the planet.

I don’t quite get the logic in this…people say Apple is over priced and just paying for brand…Samsung Pro buds are $230, Pixel Buds Pro are $200, and Sony’s are $300. It goes beyond headphones too. Most brands labeled as flagship and high end are all in the same ball park for device pricing in comparison to technology value. Also these are cheaper compared to Apple and other companies versions but that’s the point. There also is premium aspects that those brands can’t match not being billion/trillion dollar companies. It doesn’t make those products bad either.

Dunno what expectations you tech reviewers have for ear bud cases, but compared to something like the PowerBeats Pro case, that case is minuscule and will fit in any normal pocket...or any pocket that isn't a skinny jeans pocket. This is an easy purchase...even compared to the Liberty 4 earbuds. There's more features, shamefully, and the only real drawback, if you can call it that, is the compromise in sound which, for a pair of $100 earbuds, isn't the thing I'd have the highest expectations for anyway. There's that, and the fact that your average consumer won't give a crap about the "intricacies" of how sound works and...sounds, because they are only going to care if it sounds good. The button on the case also doubles as a battery gauge, and is in no way intrusive. I'm truly impressed with the specs sheet of these earbuds, and according to those who actually experienced these earbuds, I appreciate the translation of those specs to real world usage even more. There's also the future firmware updates to consider, which could make these some of the most impressive budget earbuds ever. It would be nice if SoundCore put themselves out there more with some advertising, etc. They've been setting a LOT of impressive and long overdue standards with this type of product, and the more popular and established competition needs to be humbled and shaken up, as they sell their names more than a truly impressive product. That's what I mean when I say companies and sleepers like SoundCore needs to step their presence up, because they make 'disruptive' products, like this one, that set a new and far more reasonable standard for a quality product, compared to the horribly deceitful mold of spending as much money as possible for a better product, when they usually lack a laundry list of features found in a cheaper product. I can't tell you how unfathomable it is that this $100 headset has wireless charging, multi-point, and a better Bluetooth standard than my $250 Beats Fit Pro. At least I didn't pay anywhere near that price tag for them.

Great review but FYI for anyone reading this. Companies like anker (soundcore) tend to not pay much for advertising as it will lead to higher prices. Anyway, if their product is good, the video reviews is basically just free advertising but I might be entirely wrong 😅

Wow, you ACTUALLY went outside to do a real world call quality test! I'm having to return my airpod pro 2s because the call quality is abysmal in slightly noisy environments. haha i tried to play music for my son and put my speaker up to my earbuds (that were in my ears) and he literally didn't hear anything. airpods are popular because they're amazing and you have tons of options but they can't read your mind just yet. somehow they block all noise except my voice, i even gave my son a pair and it's just crazy how well they work. i like how he went outside for for the "ambience" test but he didn't speak with a human in person to test "vocal" mode.. my airpods are great at that too. and the noise cancellation mode that will shut off and turn to transparency when it hears you or somebody else speaking. it's perfect for my job, I can block out everyone and everything in the background but if someone comes up to me and says anything its like the airpods just disappear

Another reason why some people may only wear a single earbud is because of company policy. I have worked at a place where they specified that only a single earbud can be used at work, but the other ear has to be open to the surroundings in order to get a better awareness for safety reasons.

Just got the Soundcore Liberty 4 NC buds. They sound good and the Noise cancelling works well. Long battery life and the case charges on the go. Great for listening to podcasts and calls in a noisy place. Fitting seems ok. though after awhile of running around I adjust them back in for better seal. Using the double tap I can switch modes, play/pause etc. Liking them so far.

Another big disadvantage - microphone is not actually working in noisy condition. You can use them to listen to music or watch show, in a plain/train, but not to talk. They just can not pick your voice up. That's sad. Even default micro in my smartphone did this job better

Guys, BUY THIS DAMN THING. It was delivered today and it is really awesome... 3D sound is really weird and great, it feels like you are in a room and music is echoing. bass is great. I bought these about two weeks ago and the sound quality didn’t work out for me. The higher frequencies could be better and the EQ didn’t seem to improve them that much. The bass was also a little muddy but the EQ helped somewhat to clean it up. I have a pair of Soundcore P3 earbuds and they have excellent sound quality. Deeper bass and really clear highs and midrange frequencies. I sent the Liberty 4 NCs back and bought another pair of P3s as a backup pair of earbuds. Maybe the next generation of Liberty Earbuds will be better.

I'm looking at grabbing these as Amazon prime days has them for like $55. I've been running Earfun pro 2 for the last two years and really have enjoyed them, but as much as I use them (up to 12-16 hours a day most days) especially for work it's time to replace them. Anger makes great products & haven't let me down. I am also looking forward to the improved mic as that was a weak point with my Earfun set. Thanks for the review! The one thing that makes it a 10/10 for me is it perfectly fits in my ear, in my experience about the sound it is great as long as you change the preset in it's application and base on the call experience with my girlfriend, she said that I sound clear even with loud background music and windy because of fan. I would disagree and assert that these have the exact sound signature harmon intended . Near flawless delivery as well. Objective measurement puts these right in line as some of thw best sounding earbuds to date. Extremely low distortion in the vocal region, low bluetooth compression and artifacting, high volume output, lower latency, great build quality, world class app and warranty, what is not to love here? 5/5 stars, unmatched at the price.

Wish could have seen more on the mics and with perhaps parallel to the road as if someone is walking a sidewalk vs back towards the road where directional mics would have a harder time picking them up since the sound is coming from the opposite direction from which they're directed and in open areas no buildings to reflect the sound back like inner city

@@kavid8120 have had cheap ones from brands like aukey that had better bass than airpods. there’s a lot of specs in headphones and some cheaper ones can excel at certain areas while lacking in everything else. and some brands sacrifice profit margins to gain market shares since they can’t compete with larger brands. so what do I think? I think you probably haven’t used that many headphones or had much experience in consumer electronics at all, and you simply think everything is linear and black-n-white.

I care about sound (my earbuds have to have heavy bass) and the sound on these are perfect for hip hop 💯💯 I can't enjoy my music without good bass. If I can still hear the vocals clearly then the bass is not too much

I always wonder with this kind of earbuds - without a cable between the both (to hang around the neck for example): Ho often do people loose these? Risk of falling out seems real. Also with a cable between both, they can quickly be taken out and hang on the neck. No misplacing or cumbersome storing in the box. *Are there any good ANC earphones with Bluetooth, but also with a wire between left and right to hang around neck* (necklace in-ear)? There seems to be an option to buy silicon necklaces for these kind of individual earphones, but then this must be disassembled for each charging. Too cumbersome from my perspective. I want earphones like these, but with a necklace and a USB-connector on the cable for charging. Seems there are not many with requirements like mine :-) ??

With the snug silicone tips, these stay in pretty dang well. Unless you're super sweaty and violently shaking, these shouldn't be falling out at all. This is opposed to airpods with no fitted tips. I watched my brother chase an airpod off of a boat and into the ocean because it fell out. Silicone superiority!

But this supports LDAC while iPhone only supports AAC and ALAC. Those are different bluetooth codec that means you cannot maximize their features at all.

Apple fanboys with the copium when they see these on offer for around £50 on Amazon & cry when they hear they have better specs than AirPods😂 (idk about the US, but they're on offer for that price here). Tbf, Anker has at least one or two special deals going on Amazon for their earbuds at any time. These just so happen to be £52 atm. Crazy how good the quality is for that price when you have ones well over £150 that aren't as good. I bought some really expensive Sony earphones once and I ended up sending them back as they were so disappointing in so many ways despite reviews raving about them. I love these earbuds, there's little else you could want apart from maybe better ANC, but we all do with earphones. Waiting on the Liberty 5s and Next update forward from the Space Q45s (the Space One's were not an upgrade/update, even though they're newer, they were just a more affordable alternative).

Hello, thanks for the review! My 1 more comfo buds pro broke, and I just got this Soundcore Liberty 4NC, but got some questions with voice assistant, please see if you can help... I use a Samsung S21 FE. I set the 4NC controls to tap and activate google assistant, but there is no prompt sound. And when I use Google Assistant to make a phone call, it says I have to unlock the phone first. I didn't have these issues with the 1 more comfo, do you know how to set these 2 items? Many thanks!

Hey there. Speaking from experience, these will make the mower's noise disappear! and there are more noise cancellation modes in the app such as transports like train, flight, bus... so these are hella worth it for the price!

for a lawn mower maybe something more powerful but yes they would work pretty good, i use them when i weed eat and hear almost nothing

I thought they look bigger but when i asked el jefe, who also reviews earbuds he said they are exactly the same design and size as the liberty 4. But i havent seen them together personally to compare

@@djn1856 CEONTHEMAKING said the Liberty4 NC are definitely larger than the regular Liberty 4's. Apparently he has particularly small ears so he's very conscious of earbud size differences. el jefe is really big dude so he probably doesn't notice small size differences between buds.

liberty 4nc if you prioritize to cancel out noise. One plus buds 3 for the transparency mode. other than that i would say overall the 4nc is better
