Let start with the word nano. nano means small so what every way the pigment "tattoo ink" is deposited into your skin it is applied with a small blade or needles. Any technique with the word blade in it means a blade like a small scalpol is being used. so nano blading is being done with a smaller blade then an ordinary blade from microblading but still bladding.
