First comment, Also instant Sparking is just busted and as mentioned in the video for a character that can not charge ki that is a plus, even if Z 17 is slightly better. I also would like super 17 also and the whole fusion feature that was mentioned how it was made in GT would be amazing.

😂 bruh i love that that instant sparking changes his whole ass opinion. I dead ass had the same thought process of which 17 is better and thinking Z 17 was better for like a half minute. But once i started insta sparking i realize that shit lets me play more agressive and is a legit energy recover.

I play Android 13 in DP and I do well with him, people not used to versing him so I usually beat 1-2 characters from opponent before they bring me down 😊
