Hey Doc, great lesson! Getting and keeping all the logical relationships in your mental model is very challenging, especially for a business model transformation! But as you rightfully indicate, presenting it and having it consumed and adopted, as you well know, depends on a lot of other factors. The biggest, in my judgement, being corporate culture. Then factors like architecture adoption, architecture / technology domain integration and program lifecycle status, among others, play a big part in determining the right approach to share your findings and recommendations.

Yes, you could say that - but whether we actually model things or not, they happen. A model allows us to understand what is happening so we can make it better.
