How did you get that -161 deg C from -34 deg C on page 38 (right side screen) near time 1:39 of the video? I know it is a recycle LNG flash that is helping the MR from -34 to -161, but that's recycle. How do you get that flash at -161 deg C in the first place?

Hai Dr Amin, what is the name of refrigerant used inside the MCHE?
@Dr.Amin.Esmaeili3 жыл бұрын
A mixture of nitrogen, methane, ethane, and propane, known as mixed refrigerant (MR).

@@Dr.Amin.Esmaeili I mean for example tetrafloroethane is called R134a when it used as refrigerant and R134a is widely used in air conditioning system. So does MR has name like that?
@Dr.Amin.Esmaeili3 жыл бұрын
@@muhammadirsyad8615 Yes, I totally understand your point and I totally agree with you. But MR in LNG process is just mixture of nitrogen, methane, ethane, and propane with a specific mol or mass fraction of each and it does not really have a trade name like R-134a...

@@Dr.Amin.Esmaeili alright I understand. Thank you for your responses.
