TBH, Pavlov's experiments were about conditional instead of conditioned responses (and they were far more gruesome than people often realize), and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is unscientific and not based in any kind of evidence

Having had to go through putting a few animals down due to health complications, if you watch their eyes, you can’t tell me animals don’t have souls. This is also why Native Americans and similar hunting cultures say a prayer over the animal they’ve hunted.
