They actually have come way down in price (and quality) over the years. They started out only having higher end grades but now offer all sorts of choices for any budget. In fact, I won't even order their higher end stuff any more because it can't compare with the prime stuff at Costco these days.

I don't care what the food item is, I simply couldn't eat the same thing every single day. When I worked on farms doing surveys, I'd pack a lunch, and usually it was ham and cheese sandwiches with mustard and for some time I came to loathe lunch over time even though I love ham and cheese sandwiches.

@monkeymanstones1

And please, please, please add some flaxseed meal to your diet. It gives a beef flavor (depending on how you use it) or a flavor you can't pick out to all you add it to (except butter, don't cook it with butter or the flavor will draw you completely away [in butter by itself it just terrible]). Why am I discussing it then? Because it is absolutely loaded with soluble fiber which will prevent the heart disease causing cholesterol from entering your blood stream from the foods you eat moving to your blood from your intestines and colon. Yes, adding that one item to your diet can actually help ensure you don't die of a heart attack or heart disease! I live on a shoestring and even I will pay for and send you a package (through Amazon or Whole Foods - it never touches my hands) for free for you to try it. I looked online and the email address you state shows absolutely nowhere and even a website which provides in depth data for other sites shows no contact info for you (except an address which may or may not be valid and I will not post it). How do I have Amazon send you this www.amazon.com/dp/B075XFQBP6/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_i_WGCBEbGK0TMQH ? I'm paying for it and your wife and/or son can send me a card in 20 to 30 years to thank me for helping to keep you alive now and for a longer period of time.

Cody, Im sorry to tell you this but as a young lad I was only allowed to play on my computer for a few hours each night ! I found ways around this ! My parents took away the RF cable connecting my computer to the tele. I ate half rations at school, supplementing my diet from the homes fridge, and pocketed the savings and bought my own RF cable so when my folks were out I could game to my hearts content. All pre internet so could only look at girlie mags for pretty ladies :) What I am saying is young lads are all the same. If theres mischief about they are sure to find it and if Jack is a 'good lad' then its because hes clever enough not to get caught !

Oh, man! The one thing above all others I expected to see in your place (considering it's USA made and enables you to be certain every single round is specifically tailored for your firearms) is an RCBS reload station! Then you can tune every single round to your exact firearms rather than watch projectiles head in various, unexpected directions with most trigger pulls. For a man who displays an appreciation for true precision, it's a shock that the brand hasn't shown in any of your more than 100 videos I've watched. I feel very confused by this...

There are a number of comments regarding the wisdom of eating so much butter with the meat. If you are in a low or no carbohydrate diet, such as keto or Corey's meat diet, your body needs fats to make up for the missing carbs. I have lost weight on the keto diet and am now maintaining my optimial weight. My cardiologist is very happy with my lab tests. Getting rid of all the carbs, especially sugar, has been key for me. Your body switches over to using fats for energy rather than glucose (sugar) which lowers the risk of diabetes developing.
