What’s Under The Capitol?

Went to DC with my parents years ago. Dad was friends with one of our senators. She had us meet her in her office in a building about a block from the capitol building. Little did we know, her secretary ended up giving us a private capitol tour. We got to ride the private subway system that runs from the office buildings to the capitol. It was a super awesome experience. We were in one of the open air vehicles with a few other senators. One of my fondest memories

Back in 2004 I was actually at the Capitol that I was able to visit because one of the Georgia senators RIP gave us a congressional tour, but had to be canceled due to Ronald Reagan funeral little did I know that we were going to see the underground Capitol city; wish I could’ve taken photos of it
