At this Bali release for the 2023 MITS race at Club LLB,
the return rate was very satisfactory. I think this release was the largest release of clok birds compared to previous years.
In this Bali Post 6 release, the air distance was 903 KM to the TPL Loft enclosure.
TPL Loft sent 6 racers, among the 6 tails 4 successfully clocked. while the 2 tails have not returned until the deadline that has been determined.
The good results of Bali's return this time cannot be separated from the hard work of the LLB Committee and also the Conveyor Team, besides that the release point which is not so far from the island of Java is also a supporting factor.
The Negare area, which is located in the lower or southern part of Bali Island, makes birds enter a comfort zone when hit by the wind.
The wind does not throw the birds into the sea in the northern part of Bali but still in the mainland area of Bali.
In addition, the factor of the wind moving from east to west was also a determining factor in the good results of this return.
All participants were satisfied to have a Bali clock bird and there will also be many birds that will join the Sumbawa release in August. The more participants, the better the chances of the birds returning home.
