@@ehglt this is not even real classical chess. It's chess 960 . He won the wc by defeating the winner of the candidates . So he has every right to be the wc . He took a long break and is clearly out of form . That doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be wc . We will see what happens in actual world championship .

@@songoku-jx3cb 960 is real chess because here is no matter of preparation using engines n reciting the lines like happened in classical or anything likethat here u have to use ur own brain n has to took decisions on the spot over the board so its real strength checker of any chess player.its really creative way to play chess.chess 960 current WC Hikaru & wesly so should have to be invited here it would be really interesting to see them fighting against each other.
