I think just like after "no Wolverine only Logan" comic Logan came to main timeline. In this movie he killed that special super hero his universe collapsed and due to which he tva caught him but he ran away from them and came to main timeline (MCU) and so tva wants him back while Deadpool is therefore shown the video of Avengers in tva office. And since Wolverine stopped being a hero he not even taken part in infinity war and endgame and maybe She-Hulk timeline is after Deadpool 3(Deadpool & Wolverine ) and so the one who is fight in bar with a man with claws was Deadpool and this news was in laptop in she hulk .

I think that the casandra nova shown in the trailer is the anchor hero of the wolverine's universe and wolverine somehow got her pruned by the TVA (TVA wanted to prune her themselves for some reason but when wolverine did it then they thought of blaming him as the cause of the universe's destruction in front of deadpool so that he helps them) I think this because in the trailer casandra nova didn't stop them from jumping in the portal and she just stood in the background if you observe the frames carefully Wolverine regrets doing so and then the story continues where they figure out how TVA is the bad guy and then they go against TVA.
