I'm very happy to share my resources. When I first started it was a local artist who shared info an affordable local printer for larger prints/cards with advice on packaging. I've since changed some things around/found other resources - all of which I'm happy to share too- I consider that paying it forward. Helping newbies out is...kind. I find the "i suffered to find this manufacturer so you should too" mindset baffling. I would recommend my printer for your larger prints. (indigoink printing in columbia md)

Thats great! I also love giving advice to newbies. That's partially my whole channel :). I also wouldn't personally describe this as suffering. I believe going through the process is really valuable. It's important to respect artists whether they wish to share or not. Thanks for your recommendation! Hope your holiday events have been fruitful!

I find that the "feeling entitled to someone else's manufacturers just because you're a newbie" mindset is baffling. Just because someone doesn't wanna share information to a random person doesn't make them not kind.

are u gonna try for the matsuricon in Ohio next year? i saw the artist alley is open now for submissions would love to buy from you in person! i know ohyaocon when in the dumps but matsuricon is normally pretty good!

If you have a really nice printer, try out Red River Paper if you want to do prints at home too. It comes in so many different textures and qualities. I have some very nice textured paper from them ( 60lb River Linen, #1380) and it is so very nice. They sent me emails to make sure I liked it even, just a very very good experience.

thoughts: i have shipping issues with moo (damaged products) and vistaprint is overpriced on most products. Vograce... in addition to shipping time/cost shipping is coming from China which means higher environmental impact than getting something from here, Canada, or the UK. Plus I wonder about the working conditions.

I always always wait for sales to get any printing done. So I agree with that. Vograce, I'm honestly thinking of dropping soon. Charms aren't nearly my best sellers, and I'm trying to go more local for the reasons stated. It is a widely used resource of Con Artists though.

Low key sucks because it means your order is going to take longer if they get popular

That and/or the quality suddenly goes down because they're trying to scale faster than expected. I have zero issue sharing an already large scale manufacturer, but I will consider the impact of sharing a small to medium scale manufacturer.

That's what happened with my Sticker manu after they started doing KZbin Ads. Takes a week longer and quality has slightly decreased
