Great video My minimum is $50, Schools or Preschools? No I haven’t ever cut any type of school, if I were to get one they would have to pay extra because of time restraints

Great video we do 4 schools but only do the ball fields and areas we do a lot of county properties and we also have fescue properties the best type of turf

Thanks Logan, I like the fescue btw just don’t like how fast and tall it grows at times glad it doesn’t grow in my area. It did in my hometown in north Alabama haha

Awesome video. I do some crappy duplex’s for $40. They literally take 8-10 minutes. (Solo) Most of my lawns are biweekly and I charge $60 on average. If a customer has a certain time of day for me it’s a no go. It’s too much hastle. Some people are really weird about leaving gates unlocked/putting dogs up. Not for me. I’ve had commercial properties that only allowed service on the weekend- also not worth it. People have no idea how hard it is to keep a tight schedule- weather delays, employees not showing up etc… Also I try to stay away from lawns with a lot of weedeating. I hate weedeating. Big ditches, small gates etc We have big fancy expensive mowers for a reason.

I advertise my minimum as $45 for weekly mowing, but I've picked up a couple lawns that are small front yard only and take 5-7 minutes at $35. I'll only go down that low if they're neighbors or I have to drive by the house anyway to get to the next. No sense leaving money on the table.
