My Mum had her portrait done by a Forger who sold artwork in the Prison Charity Sales (Our local Prisons are big on Rehabilitation). When he found out her name was Elizabeth, he laughed and said "Reckon this is the only Elizabeth I won't get in trouble for drawing a likeness of!" In case you haven't guessed from the punchline, he was doing thirty five years for forging English bank notes!

For the last story I had a dark theory that the teacher was failing him on purpose because the teacher “liked” him and at the end of the semester the teacher would tell him that he could bump up his grade for “extra credit”. That sounds dark but it’s a disturbing possibility.
