Scott, excellent response. Ironically, just today I was thinking and applying these truths to my own experiences in life, especially when it comes to the many hardships. I find it comforting. Unfortunately, I have discovered most people are very adamant about mankind having their own free will. How I wish more people would come to a more mature understanding of God’s teachings. I just recently stumbled upon your channel. It’s been an absolute blessing to discover someone with the same understanding of scripture. With my beliefs, I don’t seem to fit into any clubs. Looking forward to hearing and learning more from you. Many blessings.

It seems to me that until one is given the gift of understanding that Peter's evangel is applicable to the circumcision and Paul's evangel to the un and all that that implies, the scriptures are amass with confusion. Yet you're bringing these words of logic is of necessity for not only correction but to validate to those given to understand.

I don't think an almighty God is unable to limit his power when He chooses. We see it when He gives man free will and when He promises not to flood the earth again. He certainly could if He wanted to, but He chooses to limit Himself. Being good means that God will keep His word. If God chose to, He could isolate a part of His creation from Himself. All He must do is will it. To put it plainly, God keeps His word that it will be eternal separation, a promise not to interact with the separate for eternity.
@scotthicko8643

I agree that God certainly can limit His power in the relative sense, but not absolutely. That would be impossible. Can you show me the scripture that says God gave man 'free will' and that He chose for a portion of creation to separate from Him for all eternity? You said 'All He must do is will it.' However, scripture says that God wills all men to be saved (1 Tim 4:10). How can God get anything He wills if man has 'free will?' According to 'free will,' God is at the mercy of man's will.

God is All in all once every enemy is abolished including sin, death, Satan, etc. These enemies still abound, so could you explain that comment a little more? Paul says that we are not yet perfected, not yet complete, and that we won't be until DELIVERANCE OF OUR BODY (Romans 8:23). God is All in all in spirit as Christ's cross seals the deal, however, God being All in all is a real thing...not something that has happened and nobody knows about it.

Immediately after death the souls of those who die in a state of mortal sin descend into hell, where they suffer the punishments of hell, “eternal fire.” The chief punishment of hell is eternal separation from God” Matthew 25:41-46 Jesus says, "Depart from me … into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels" Mark 9:48 Jesus describes hell as a place where the "worm does not die and the fire is not quenched" 2 Thessalonians 1:9 "These will pay the penalty of eternal ruin, separated from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power" Revelation 20:15 Those whose names are not written in the book of life will spend eternity in the lake of fire. hell is the state of being permanently excluded from communion with God and the blessed. the eternity of hell is due to the permanent choice of the damned to not love God

Good video, Scott. 1 corinthians 15 is after the book of revelation. It's "the rest of the story" If every knee bowing to the glory of God is a forced confession, then what would you call the threat of eternal conscious torment (ECT) If I hold a gun to your head and make you say, "You can have all my money." Was that my free will choice? What other choice did I have? If I want to continue on in this life, I have to choose the way that gets me there. So take my money, but I would prefer to keep it. If I don't want to burn for eternity, I will "voluntarily" believe in Jesus and save myself. What other choice would I have? Who says no thanks, I'll burn forever, I can take it. So it's OK to be forced to believe by the threat of death (ECT). But it's not OK to believe by a forced confession of Jesus is Lord. You can't win that argument. How can there ever be separation from God when His spirit is put in you to live, and when you die, that same spirit returns to God who gave it. It is always part of him and therefore can not ever be separate. Even if you wanted it to be. I, the Lord, do all these things. He does it all. CASE CLOSED. Thanks Scott.

He came to save sinners, but not all sinners want to be saved, therefore he respects the freedom of his creatures, God will not force a person to be with him, if that person wants nothing to do with him. So God gives that person what he wants, eternal separation from him. This is not hard to understand. You are misinterpreting Scripture. Hell is eternal. Jesus often speaks of "Gehenna"of the unquenchable fire reserved for those who to the end of their lives refuse to believe and be converted, where both body and soul can be lost. Jesus solemnly proclaims that he will send his angels and they will gather all evil doers , and through them into the furnace of fire , and that he will pronounce the condemnation "Depart from me you cursed, into the eternal fire"

I grew up believing that we do NOT have a free will - hell is a real place and it is just like heaven except God is not there. The reasoning behind this is because God is the potter and because he chose those to be lost then hell has to be a good place for them in order for God to be righteous. They didn't want God while they were here on Earth and he won't force himself upon them in the next life. The purpose in these people being chosen to be lost was so that the saved know what they were saved from. Of course I 100% no longer believe this but I still have family members that do

Someone must be made subject to endless misery and suffering in order for those who aren't to appreciate the opposite? That is a sad perspective to have for sure and a very negative view of the Creator as well. This understanding is only possible by divine blinding and hardness of heart, assuming your family members are familiar with the whole of scripture. In which case, they belong to that persuasion that must be among us. God is choosing to maintain their stubbornness for you to identify what grace He has given you. No doubt you experience evil whenever your witness of the truth comes up. Rejoice! For their opposition only further guarantees your allotment as one of those sharing in the sufferings Christ. (Php1:27-29; Rom8:14-17) "For it must be that there are sects also among you, that those also who are qualified may be becoming apparent among you." - 1Cor11:19 I had to cut short our conversation over the phone yesterday when witnessing to my dad. He began to caution me from veering off the path into "new ideas" about God as if He was just a gracious God who loves all of His children and let's everyone go to heaven when they die. I knew in my heart one day those words would haunt him. My tone began to change, and he could tell I was getting upset. I'm usually able to keep my composure in the midst of such opposition, but this time was different. I was taking it personally, and I asked him to take a break from calling me for a while. 2Tim2:24-26 entered my heart as soon as my pulse returned to normal. That's the passage where Paul exports Timothy to keep calm whenever being opposed, knowing God must be granting repentance in order for the one opposing to come to their senses and escape the devil's trap. I'll probably write my dad a letter. It's been years since I've done that.

Thank you for sharing this interaction with us, Brother Scott. It's a good thing to be challenged this way in order for God to show you all that He's placed in your heart concerning the kingdom of His Son. It reminds me of why God would send Ezekiel out to witness against those He had already hardened by way of the commission of Isaiah. Ezekiel wasn't on a mission to convert the dumbells and treadmills. Ezekiel was sent to be conditioned by the opposition God created for Him. I have a question for you though. Where in the timeline of the fulness of times do you place Rev5:13? This is the vision of every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and underneath the earth and on the sea, and all them apparently worshipping Christ Revelation 5:13 CLV(i) 13 And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and underneath the earth and on the sea, and all in them, I hear also saying, "To Him Who is sitting on the throne-To the Lambkin-Be blessing and honor and glory and might For the eons of the eons!"

@@ba.anderson This verse records the ultimate adoration Jesus and God the Father will receive when the whole earth is restored to its original sin-free condition. Romans 8:21-22 informs us "that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now." At that time every living person and thing will acknowledge the Lamb's indisputable right to reign throughout eternity as king. Together, they will ascribe to the Father and Son "blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!" This praise will bring a positive response to the command given in Psalm 148:7-13: "Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all deeps, fire and hail, snow and mist, stormy wind fulfilling his word! Mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars! Beasts and all livestock, creeping things and flying birds! Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers of the earth! Young men and maidens together, old men and children! Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven."

You, Martin Zender and others claim the KJB is a bad translation. There are way to many verses that indicate eternal separation. All these passages that are wrong according to you all, mistranslated, or put in there to scare people. Why would they all be wrong, and most are accepted in the KJV??
@scotthicko8643
@scotthicko8643 11 сағат бұрын
I wish you could ask the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th century Christians that question. If they read the KJV, they wouldn't even recognize it as scripture. The religion of Rome is a systematized deception, so its no wonder that their book, the KJV and its thousands of mistranslations, is used to deceive the masses. I think the popularity of the KJV is proof of the systematized deception, not proof of its authenticity. The masses just don't know any better. You can prove the KJV false in many ways just by comparing the words used within the KJV itself. If we are going to know what God said then we have to look at the words He used through inspired writers, not the deceptive tactics of those that worship Rome. Grace and peace.

What is sin exactly is? What is the sin of Adam? Without free will the sin is impossible, but without free will there is no life, we would be pre-programmed robots, only capable to execute commands, and that is not life. A limited bio robot, uncreative, incapable to adopt or learn and develop. Free will is that nobody rules on mankind, not even God. God set the rules for World and the choices have consequences. Not obeying the commands of God was inevitable, therefore the plan for salvation of mankind was ready from the beginning. Will God force save somebody who is rejecting him and salvation? Human lives are not predestined, only the storyline of the World. God is Absolute, and absolute good, it is logically only possible if separated from evil eternally.

Death brings EONIAN separation from God, not eternal. At death, we are separated from God. This is a horrible prospect, being separated from our Creator. But (I love the word but), God is not the God of the dead (Mat.22:32), so He vivifies the dead to make them... no longer dead. As you intimated, if one, single, solitary soul is not saved and remains dead/separated, then Jesus failed. He is a sinner. We know this is not possible. Jesus came to save the world and guess what? HE DID!!! Great teaching today my friend.

@@ba.anderson That is exactly my point this is complete heresy. Misinterpretation of scripture. He is pretty much saying If there is such a thing as eternal separation then Jesus failed, and since there is no eternal separation he didn’t fail, this is blasphemy, absolutely ludicrous. The Bible is not open for private interpretation. People like him are dangerous they should not be teaching and naive people should be in a stabled church learning truth away from other crazies on the internet. This is what Protestantism does it allows for private in error interpretation of scripture and the never ending growing numbers of denominations continues to grow. You all need to find a good ancient apostolic church that can be traced back to the apostles and get well catechized, cause telling someone that no matter what they do, there is no eternal separation from God is just dangerous, people like you believe it. This guy has no idea what he’s preaching about and has no authority to teach. Jesus said not everyone should teach and those who teach will be held accountable, he needs to repent and stop teaching what he is clearly ignorant on.

If one filters the whole of scripture by the belief that in the end the majorly are made subject to endless misery and suffering or separation from their Creator then its clear that the operation of death maintains its grasp upon their disposition. They are not able to be naming the name of the LORD because He has not let them withdraw from injustice. (2Tim2:19) We filter the whole of scripture by the total victory of Christ to reconcile all creation to God by the power of God because we've been released from (g93.adikia] injustice. Glory to God!
