Well done, sir. That is a nice setup. From what I have learned and studied recently, especially from our country's grid supply, I swapped the surge at the grid side to AVS and adjusted my input lower and upper voltage for the inverters. First, for protection against high voltage from the grid, and secondly, from low voltage supply because some customers called when they heard the beeping of low battery.

breakers are for wire protection. Ground fault is for humans.

I love this. I usually recommend all this but some client ignore this protection devices because of the cost and later blame the installer and claim that the inverter is on warranty. How should an installer deal with such client

On DC side better to add fuse as well. Breakers are mechanical and mechanical things can go wrong, specially in DC if breaker is operated during load sometimes its internal contacts gets welded internally due to DC arc, if that happens, apparently they look fine but they will not trip when needed. Adding fuses will give extra protection on marginal cost.

If the contacts get welded, will it not also melt the breaker before the welding is done?
