People from Sedona are pretty un-normal and aggressively spiritual.

My sister (who refuses to speak to me because she claims I murdered her in a former life), LOVES Sedona. She actually once told me (pre-past life regression), that Sedona is the spiritual vortex of the world. This video had me rolling. Perfect.

I'm sorry your sister is mad at you for something you didn't do. I suggest telling her to use 6 to 7 metric tons of an assortment of essential oils to help her practice forgiveness, so karma doesn't chop off her legs or something.
@EnfinLibreNM
@EnfinLibreNM 4 жыл бұрын
@@marcosbravo9645 LOL. Thank you for making me smile. Funny thing. Just yesterday I had quite a long discussion about whether karma exists. If it does, I would never want karma to go after my sister. Despite her "Sedona-ness", I wish her nothing but peace and wonderful things. I do have this framed as a reminder though. Maybe you can appreciate it: Throughout your life, people will talk poorly and try to discredit you. Don’t consume yourself with trying to gain their approval. You can’t control what others think and say about you, but you can control how you choose to react to it. Leave those to their own judgments and just walk away. The people who are meant to be in your life will love and respect you for who you are. ---- Wise meme written by someone else (not me because I'm not that witty) who probably once visited Sedona and travelled in a vortex.

@@russianbot4418 I went in the fall during off season, and it was beautiful! There were basically only locals and it was like I got a personal tour of the place. I highly suggest going in late November if you can, which is when I went. The drive was super beautiful as well, barely any cars on the streets. I got to meditate at one of the vortex sites with maybe 4 to 5 other people on the rock with me. I had no idea how busy Sedona gets, but I happened to go during the perfect time. I went because I just found out about it being a vortex and catalytic for spiritual development, and it totally was! Esp if you go off season, lol

My family and I ended up passing through this “vortex” on our way to go do day hiking. Our motorhome was in a grocery parking lot while my family went into the store. Out of nowhere a store parking lot manager (?not sure why they manage parking lots?) called us transients. Freaking transients in a nice motorhome!! Where I am from we call them tourist. In my opinion, Jerome is the best!!! Gotta have Maynard Keenan’s wine!!!!

People who live in Sedona around the vortexes are "loopy after awhile" . Most people I've encountered in Sedona don't talk much anyway lol! 👽👽👽🌟 However Sedona brings in whatever people are needed to hold the vibes. Above all the journey is within, its a great place to commune with the stars and other dimensions and universes. If you believe in Atlantis you'll find that, extra terrestrials, ascended masters, angels, follow the Zodiac and so forth. Blessings Love&LIGHT

I lived the last few years in Sedona and recently moved T.F. AWAY from Sedona. Let me say the name changing thing is real. 🤣 Sedona is all the old rigid-minded former hippies who think nothing in "their" town should ever change. They hate tourists, who are the backbone of the economy and constantly complain about how great things were 10+ years ago. Those in city planning are equally as stale and purposefully try to divert funds from accommodating the growing tourist industry to their own pockets, keeping single road lanes and causing major traffic issues year-round. Their reasoning is to make it miserable for tourists to get around the town in hopes tourism slows down to what it was 10+ years ago. Then there are the pretentious "spirituals" who sell colored chakra water for $30 an oz. It's water that's sat in the sun a while. There were many kind and extremely friendly people with interesting perspectives. But we also met some real odd folks that smelled really bad like patchouli and b.o. Mostly, the tourists were the funnest to talk with - always in a good mood. Quirky town, tons of huge bugs and poison snakes. It was also difficult to get a good meal for under $200. The restaurant scene has a captive audience so they don't try hard with food quality. I'm glad to be gone. Great place to visit. Bad place to live.

Too be fair: We only really hate the tourists who leave poopy diapers in the creek and insist on driving 50-60 on our 35mpg roads, and walk across highways like they’re in Disneyland 😂 Unfortunately it sounds like you ate at tourist restaurants, not local ones… Us real folks tend to be out in nature and cook our own meals and avoid traffic so you never meet us…
