Dear sir kindly guide me i am also facing same situation that was faced by you .kings builder made commitment that he would deliver flate within 4 years with kings heaven project .but now he says I could not build flates owing to case over that plot and noc of that plot is not being delivered .though he got payments in one short .kindly guide me how can get back my money according to inflated ratio from builder .
