I fully disagree. If you are a mature human, you will believe in giving everyone a chance before judging them by what they wear. I dress like I don't own a mirror sometimes but when I open my mouth, people turn their heads. It's less about what you are wearing but more about your aura and confidence. If the girl in a white dress was white she would have given a totally different statement, this is because voluptuous African bodies have been over-sexualized. I would not hire her with that mindset.

I agree with you. But that's not the reality of the job market. You have to play by the rules..at least if you want to get through the door. It's annoying..believe me..I know.

dude you missed the point! this is about getting the job. after you get the job you can go back to dressing however you want. but you first need to sell yourself on the interview.
