It's called Hepgentex and it's a topical steroid in Vietnam. Here in America we call it Chlotrimazole/Betamethazone. She should NOT be applying it to his mouth. Had she gone to a real vet, she/he/they would have told her that.

Kaka has bald spots on her arms. You showed use that you do not wash Kaka. You dipped her in water and pretended yo wash Kaka and Bobby. But, how can you was Kaka without using soap. That is extremely unsanitary. This can come from the way that they are now living. Kaka needs to see a Vet, also. She also has an abrasion near her eye. Kaka looks so sad and depressed. It is obvious that Kaka rarely has human contact or human interactions. The humans that Kaka lives amongst do not play with her nor teach her how to do anything. Kaka's clothing is usually dirty with holes in them. You do not treat your son and daughter this way way allow Kaka to live like this? It appears that there is no affection between you and Kaka. Kaka does not show that she is happy to see you. Kaka and Mon have been reduced to farm animals. I only watch the channel to see what is happening to Kaka. I hate seeing the elderly people tend to crops. Is this channel for farming? These people should not be in these videos. You should explain why they are in the video.
