If you don't have a lot of time don't climb Eiffel, watch it from near by gardens and streets and trocedaro, you need to pre book tickets to louvre museum if you don't have tickets you may need to wait in line for long, try french pastries for breakfast and food at a local bistro for lunch or dinner. Go see gardens like Tuileries and explore nearby areas next to louvre, arc de triomphe and Champs-Elysées (you get good view of Paris from top of arc de triomphe), nôtre dame , hôtel de ville, just walk around the streets, go to montmatre if you only have time to explore
