It’s fabulous how much exercise you’re getting while you’re having fun Rebel! 😀👍 To be honest, I loved and preferred it when the go-pro or whatever was attached to Robert and we could see things/bins from his point of view. Interesting to see you do the pulling once, but the old way is better. I'd rather have Robert spend editing time on creating sourcing videos. As a reseller, I watch for the information of what's selling, what's not, products we might want to steer away from selling and even types of buyer issues to be aware of. Seeing the product clearly and the title is way more important than picking thru a bunch of totes. One picking video is enough. Thank you for all the videos you guys do...always informative and love Robert's comic relief!

I’m enjoying the pulling inventory videos. I like the other way too. Maybe a mix! You guys need to do what’s easiest for you. It still amazes me that you’re able to run such a big home business AND KZbin with just the 2 of you. Also, when it comes to shipping the Dimensions craft kits… I sell quite a few myself and have always shipped them in large bubble mailers. It’s been 3 years and no complaints.

I definitely preferred your old style! I stumbled onto your videos about a year ago and started reselling because of you! I will be very sad if you don't do at least some of your videos in the old style. I don't mind seeing the small sales included, but all the picking and pulling just isn't necessary or helpful to me. Don't get me wrong....I would still tune in. But I'll be listing as I listen because it doesn't hold my attention like seeing the sold items on the screen! You 2 are the best. I personally like both types of videos. If you guys are going to do this style more down the road I would say do it more so like Kevin and Dave. They talk the whole time about different things and reselling while picking and it draws attention more than just pulling items alone.

Nice to see the pulling process however, I would put this in the category of "Reseller ASMR" lol (similar the picking at the bins videos) versus an educational "What Sold" video where there is not so much background noise going on or a POV angle. If I had to choose only one, I would prefer the old way. However, that is just my personal preference since it can be a bit distracting to hear so much going on with the bags crinkling, bins dragging, ladders being moved, and even the breathing at times when the microphone picks it up. There is certainly an audience for both and this is just my personal preference being expressed since you asked for feedback. I appreciate all the time and effort that y'all put into creating content :)

Interesting view of your process. I can't imagine storing that many items (and we have a LOT of stuff). And I get taking $3 to get rid of something you already did all the work for, and holding items to 'lot up' because you're a niche seller, but at what point do you decide something isn't worth listing at all? (I think I'm generally at the $8 absolute minimum stage, or I toss it into my auction lot/yard sale pile.)

Once I've bought the item, I process it for listing during the day, research it for pricing in the afternoon, then list it the next day. So I usually just go ahead and list most things. I've already paid for it and done most of the work. I'll add items to it later to make a lot if it's not worth much by itself.

I got a kick out of watching the search and pull. And thanks for telling us how you would ship. Do you use bubble mailers or poly bags? There were a couple of items that I would have used a bag and not a box so was wondering why you chose a box instead.

We use priority shipping supplies when possible because they are free if we're shipping an item by priority mail. Our second choice is poly bags when possible because they are the cheapest option, then bubble mailers, then boxes. We use boxes if we feel an item needs more protection for some reason such as having a sound box or fragile features.

Although I use numbered bins A1 B1 etc and clothes I give a sequential number, I like your idea of including the date in the SKU to show the first time you listed that item. I’m trying to figure out how in the world that you keep track of 10,000 items? I have around 700 and lose stuff all the time even with a controlled inventory system. eBay tends to delete old listings and even duplicate them after being sold every time they make updates. So glitchy. How do you keep from losing your mind? Haha. I only sell part time and it makes me crazy 😝 yikes. lol …snaps to ya’ll

It's definitely a task to keep track of all the items, even if it's 700. We did a video on it a while back to show our process for storing them and tracking them in the custom label (sku) field on eBay. Even then, we make typos, or something falls out of a basket and onto another one with out us noticing. And of course, eBay drops listings from time to time as you mentioned.
