It would be cute if they added proxy characters like from force unleashed where they could add iconic characters but it technically wouldn’t be them just a proxy droid simulating them

would be cool to see more social aspect on hunters, maybe some pre determined chat options, guilds, maybe a social hub(like destiny’s tower), etc…

Great vid thinking outside the box 👏 personally with my schedule during the week the short matches are much appreciated … a longer battlefield mode for the weekend would be sweet 🤙

3:47 well that's because they decided to set Hunters years after Return of the Jedi which makes it impossible to add characters into it without affecting continuity with the rest of the Star Wars Material (and that applies to both Canon and Legends) So obviously, you can't ask for Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker (which is dead by the time), Emperor Palpatine (which is either being revived in Exegol or in Byss and, thus, too far away), Luke Skywalker (he's dedicating to revive the Jedi Order in both continuities (which can be merged if some modifications are made) so obviously he would not be getting involved in this), Ahsoka Tano (She's with Wrenn trying to locate Ezra, so she's too far away) or Han Solo (he's doing his Smuggler and General jobs as well as being a husband and father) to be included in here

i like the lack of time in hunters, it’s always go time. In OW you could absolutely desimate an enemy team for 3 minutes straight but one mistake can lead them to pushing the payload and getting 3 more minutes. This always felt crushing and like a waste of time. in hunters i feel like there is no wasted time.

Rivals looks pretty great. I'd love to check it out. Added to my Steam Wishlist for now at least. Hunters I don't have confidence in its longevity unless major changes come

@TheLuconic - It's an extremely repetitive experience. The 2-4 minute matches don't help either. How many hours, weeks, months do you really see yourself grinding the ladder to get a new sticker or victory pose? Also once you hit Kyber... you a lot of groups that steam roll solo players. Or, as Sammy has pointed out, you face 3 tanks + 1 support mirror matches, further increasing the slog aka repetitiveness. I made it to Kyber and maxed out 3 of my favorite heroes, climbed the league pass to get all the skins and such... then season 2 reroll to do it all over again? Seriously, I say again... how many times do you see people do that? 2 times? 3? For me, once was enough.
