Dude this had me laughing. Solid information and yes tattoo flash can get exspensive. Ive done alot of mine with fw inks and ph martins inks and a cheap watercolor pan set. Brushes def make a difference. A solid liner is a must

Actually VanGogh watercolor paints are great for the price!! Buuuut for flash I don’t find them to be as saturated as liquid colors
