If the delineation of what makes a president immune is an official act vs. a private act, it seems that the delineation is simple to figure out. If the act benefits the president, it's a private act, if it benefits others without benefitting the president, it's an official act. So taking home classified documents benefits the president and is a private act. Trying to overturn the election benefits the president and is a private act. Falsifying business records benefits the president and is a private act, etc. Trumps acts were all private acts which means he is not immune. Pretty simple isn't it?
