Nah their defense has been solid for a while now. Devon Witherspoon, Johnny Newton, Dawuane Smoot, Kerby Joseph, Jartavius Martin, and Sydney Brown are all Illinois-bred defensive stars. They're still a B1G school lol they're definitely competent.
