Some respectful notes for this video: Denise Huxtable lived in Brooklyn, New York. Lisa Bonet didn’t return briefly to the Cosby Show. She came back for two years. Also, Marissa Tomei did not decide to leave the show. She was fired. Debbie wanted to keep her but the higher ups decided to let her go. Kimberly was not a biology major but she was a pre medical student. The “biology” term is too broad. “Lieutenant Colonel Bradford Taylor”? It’s “Colonel Bradford Taylor”. His military rank gives him one title at a time. He was not recurring ever. He was part of the main cast when he joined the show. The video appears at professional level but you want to make sure you are accurate with your information and details.
@Mystress19804 жыл бұрын
Lieutenant Colonel is a military rank, one below Colonel and is often abbreviate to LTC when being written short form. Was the character a LT or not, I have no idea, but it IS a rank. Looper likely got their info from A Different World Fan Wiki, which says exactly what they say in this video.
@JhomasE4 жыл бұрын
Mystress1980 No problem I receive the correction there. Thank you for pointing that out. However, the narrator or the author of this video still needs to correct that. Because he was a Colonel when the show started. He was referred to as Colonel Bradford Taylor. The video has potential to be great but I think it is important that these folks make sure that they are very accurate with their information. If not, then we will have a whole lot of people giving him a correction on things that are not accurate. Anyway, thanks again for explaining to me the difference. Have a wonderful day.

It's crazy that this show stayed successful despite being a Cosby show spin off and then completely losing it's link to the show it spun off from in Denise. After something like that it's hard to see it as a spin off. It really took on a life of it's own. Especially considering that Denise was the lead and losing a lead has gotta be the doom of any show. This show however didn't fail after that.

Honestly they should do a reboot or a remake the series. If they did a reboot just have the cast as professors and grandparents. If they did a remake just today's era. Then have the original cast guest appear throughout the series.
@maarifawalcott51454 жыл бұрын
Jerel Boza, I think the show ended a little earlier than it should have. There were other character arch’s to be fully explored, and other issues of the day to be examined. Yet, I’m skeptical about a reboot - the show was too good for that: any redo would come up short. Instead, what I would like is to see the actors apprise new roles in hits on the big and small screens alike. Let them all be workin and succeeding till the day they die. Wouldn’t you agree?
@rell1274 жыл бұрын
@@maarifawalcott5145 Yup it was ended early because of the L.A riots actually. One of the network heads was caught durning the riots and didn't appreciate humanizing the people he viewed as his attackers. Also it should be remade, the younger generation needs this. Just like my generation and the generation above me had this. They don't have this they have shitty reality tv shows and horrible teen dramas.
