I understand the gentleman. GOD understand why somebody changed their religion. My great grandpa became Protestant because there was no synagogue where he lived in Suriname. To go where there was a house of worship ,he had to travel far.crossing 2 rivers ,the roads were long. traveling a day.But he prayed with his head covered. I think the Catholic priest told him not to feel guilty.
