The points in this video are spot on. I do want to say about the conversation about going into something thinking you’re going to kill it, I definitely think that going into something thinking your gonna do great is definitely great for your mindset, and going into something thinking you’re gonna do bad is gonna negatively change your mindset. I do though also think you can also go into something think, “Hey, I probably won’t do great, but I’m gonna get better and next time I can go into it thinking I’m gonna do great,” and that will also be good for you mentally.
